Our Eco-floristry Products
More and more designers are looking for better ways to create eco-friendly designs.
To make it easy to find suitable products within our range, we've put them all together in our Eco-floristry category.
The products in our Eco-floristry range are either reusable, recyclable, natural, biodegradable or compostable.
They also have disposal instructions so that you can help ensure they are disposed of in the right way once they have fulfilled their use.

Useful Definitions
With different terminology flying around, it can be tricky to know what you’re looking for! Here are some quick definitions to help you decide what kind of products you want to use:
Recyclable – A material that can be recycled can be re-engineered into something new, instead of going to landfill. Some materials are easier to recycle than others, and in the UK, the recycling facilities available depends on where you live – you can check your area here: Recycling Locator
Biodegradable – A material that can be broken down by microorganisms into organic matter. How long something takes to break down can depend on the material itself and conditions such as temperature and humidity. Even a banana skin, for example, can take up to two years to biodegrade!
Compostable – Similar to biodegradable but going one step further, compostable materials provide nutrients to soil once they have broken down. Products may be certified OK compost INDUSTRIAL or OK compost HOME - or both.
