What is the webshop and why should I use it?
The webshop is the next step in our continuing contribution to support the floral industry by making our 3,700 products available to all our customers.
Does this mean I can no longer buy through the wholesaler?
No, products will still be available at your wholesalers and they can now order a single item for you for delivery to their premises.
How can I order?
You can order in three simple ways:
- On the website, for delivery to you
- With your wholesaler, for delivery to their address
- By telephone: 0330 123 9322
What time is your customer service department open?
9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday.
Is there a cut off time for orders?
For orders to be shipped the same day the cut off time is 1 p.m, Monday to Friday.
How soon can I receive my order and how much will it cost?
U.K. mainland – next working day delivery – free for orders over £50 and £5.95 for orders under £50. (Express delivery is also available for an additional charge of £2.00. Orders placed before 1pm will be received pre-12pm the following working day, otherwise sent the following working day).
Northern Ireland – 2-3 working days - free for orders over £75 and £8.95 for orders under £75.
Republic of Ireland, Highlands and Islands – 3-5 working days - free for orders over £100 and £12.95 for orders under £100.

What happens if I'm out when my delivery arrives?
Our courier will send you an email and a text to confirm despatch and an expected delivery time. On the day of delivery, they will advise you approximately 2 hours ahead of time that your delivery is on its way. You can change your delivery address or time slot if required.
If you miss your delivery, a courier card will be left for you to rearrange the delivery.
Is the webshop only for florists?
Yes. It is not accessible to the general public but can be accessed by floral wholesalers. All registering parties will have to prove that they have a legitimate florist business in order to register.
How do I register and what happens next?
You can sign up via our ‘log in’ tab on the webshop. Follow the instructions to register. Alternatively, you can ring the help line and our customer service team will be happy to take you through the registration process. All registrations will have to be approved by our customer services team prior to you placing your first order, so please provide us with as much contact information as you can when you register. Approval will take up to 2 hours, (9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday). You will still be able to browse until you receive notification that your account is active.
Do I need a VAT registration number?
No, but if you do not have one you will need to prove that you are operating commercially. In order to do this, we may ask for alternative criteria, such as a business website or copy of an invoice.

Can I return goods and will I have to pay to return them if I receive them damaged?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we recognise there are some circumstances when products need to be returned to us.
If the items you receive are damaged, faulty or received in error then they can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
Please contact our customer service team on 0330 123 9322 for the address and method of return.
All other returns will need to be sent at your own expense to OASIS® Floral Products, Crowther Road Industrial Estate, Washington, Tyne and Wear, NE38 0AQ – in their original packaging.
Can I have the item delivered to an alternative address?
Yes your items can be delivered to an alternative address.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders will need to be paid for at point of order by debit/credit card or Paypal.
How do I cancel my order in line with my statutory rights?
In line with the consumer contact regulations you have the right to cancel an order for goods from the moment you place your order until 30 days from the day you receive your goods.

Will all my items be delivered together?
Your items will be delivered together but depending on the size and quantity of your order it may be in more than one delivery carton.
Is the phone number free if I ring you or do I have to pay?
Our contact number is charged at local rate. However, you can request a call back from one of our customer services team – just email them your contact details.
