What is the oasisfloral.co.uk website and why should I use it?
The website is where you can discover our full range of 4,500 products and get all the sundries you need delivered to your door.
You will find all of our year-round essentials, from OASIS® Floral Foam to tools and wires.
You'll also get access to our limited edition seasonal collections for Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter.
Does this mean I can no longer buy through the wholesaler?
No, our products are still available at your wholesalers. If there are products you can't find, ask your wholesaler and they can order single items from us to cater to your needs.
Who can use the website?
Our oasisfloral.co.uk website is for trade customers only. This could include florists, events companies, wedding venues, or any other legitimate business.
When you register for an account, you must include details such as a company name, website or VAT number to prove you are buying for a business. If you don't, we will need to contact you for more information before we can approve your account.

Can I place an order over the telephone?
Unfortunately not. All orders need to be placed via our website. However, we are here to help you, so if you need help whilst placing your order online, please just give us a call on 0330 123 9322.

9am to 4.45pm - Monday to Thursday
9am to 3pm - Friday
Is there a cut off time for orders?
For orders to be shipped the same day the cut off time is 11am Monday to Friday.

My delivery address is in the EU - will I be charged tax and customs?
You will not be charged VAT on your order with us. However, when your goods arrive in their destination country, you will be contacted and asked to pay the relevant taxes and customs duty. You will not be able to receive your goods until these charges are paid, therefore please make sure you include up-to-date contact details on your order.

Which couriers do you use?
We use DPD to ship most orders. Liquids and sprays such as Floralife® products and spray paints must be sent separately via DX. Please note next day delivery and delivery outside the UK is not available for liquids and sprays.
What happens if I'm out when my delivery arrives?
Our courier will send you an email and a text to confirm despatch and an expected delivery time. On the day of delivery, they will advise you approximately 2 hours ahead of time that your delivery is on its way. You can change your delivery address or time slot if required.
If you miss your delivery, a courier card will be left for you to rearrange the delivery.
Can I return goods and will I have to pay to return them if I receive them damaged?
You will not have to pay to return damaged goods to us. If you receive faulty or damaged items, please contact us straight away on 0330 123 9322.

Can I have the item delivered to an alternative address?
Yes, you can choose a different address at the checkout.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders will need to be paid for at point of order by debit/credit card or Paypal.
How do I cancel my order in line with my statutory rights?
In line with the consumer contact regulations you have the right to cancel an order for goods from the moment you place your order until 30 days from the day you receive your goods.

Will all my items be delivered together?
Depending on the size of your order it may be in more than one delivery carton. Occasionally cartons will be delivered separately, though they should arrive in the same day.
Is the phone number free if I ring you or do I have to pay?
