UK Mainland

Next Day Delivery is FREE for all orders over £50.00 in value with the exception of Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and Republic of Ireland and International deliveries.
For orders under £50.00, our standard delivery charge is £5.95.
Standard Delivery - Next Day (for orders placed before 1pm)
Same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm, otherwise sent the following working day. Delivery Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Signature required.
Express Delivery – Pre-12pm Next Day (for orders placed before 1pm)
Express delivery is available for an additional charge of £2.00. Orders placed before 1pm will be received pre-12pm the following working day, otherwise sent the following working day. Delivery Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Signature required.


Northern Ireland

Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) is FREE for all orders over £75.00 in value.
For orders under £75.00 Standard Delivery is £8.95.
Unfortunately next day delivery is currently not available.

 

Republic of Ireland, Highlands & Islands

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) is FREE for all orders over £100.00 in value.
For orders under £100.00 Standard Delivery is £12.95.
Unfortunately next day delivery is currently not available.

You can view the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and clicking on Order History. Once your order has been dispatched you can view the dispatch method and estimated delivery time, and for courier deliveries you can click through to track the consignment on the carrier's website.

 

Returns

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however we recognise there are some circumstances when products need to be returned to us. In the last six months we have responded to all enquiries and complaints within 24 hours, so you can be assured that you are our first priority.

If the items you received are, damaged, faulty or your received an item in error you must return it to us within 30 days for a refund or a replacement. Please call us on 0330 123 9322 for the appropriate address and return method for returning your goods.

All products from OASIS® Floral Products can be returned within 30 days of the date of the receipt. The items must be returned in unpacked and unused condition.  This means that the products must be returned in their original packaging; unopened shrink wrap film or with an undamaged seal. If you wish to return already used or unpacked product, please note that the return will be accepted by us only if the product was faulty. The return will also be accepted if you received goods different to those ordered, defective or damaged on delivery.

The goods must be returned with fully completed return form including correct order details and description of the issue justifying the return. Please state if you would prefer your money back or exchange of the goods; subject to stock availability. The return will be processed once the returned order has been received back at our warehouse. It can take up to 30 days to process the refund and transfer the money back to your account. The money will be processed to the same form of payment used for purchase. In the case of exchange of goods we are only able to exchange the faulty item for identical product. Any requests of additional items or substitute products will be treated as a new order.

If you decide to return the goods within the 30 days period, the costs of delivery and packaging necessary to facilitate the return is your responsibility. Likewise the transport risks, as returned goods remain your property until the package reach our warehouse. Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we are happy to exchange the product or process a full refund- including delivery charges and the cost of returning the goods to us.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the goods. The right to cancel can be exercised in writing or via email to infouk@oasisfloral.co.uk. By returning (at the customers expense), packing securely and enclosing the advice note and receipt and sending it back to OASIS® Floral Products, United Kingdom, a refund will be provided within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
